For the second time in 2016 the Cinco de Mayo Pro & James Greer Foundation is bringing the second series of Stand-Up Paddleboard – SUP racing at night to Sugar Land, TX. Some of you may know the first ever night races were held in May in Corpus Christi, TX and the fine crew at the Texas Dragon Boat Association asked the Cinco & JGF to bring the excitement to the Sugar Land SUP Sprint event on Brooks Lake this saturday OCT. 8th 2016. If you are looking for a different type of SUP venue you have found it with this one no doubt!

Location: Hyatt Place Sugar Land on BROOKS LAKE in Sugar Land, TX. Night SUP races are registration driven and have a CASH PURSE with a double elimination and a dash for cash race for all participants.

Come watch the dragons soar across the water! Admission is free for spectators – bring family, friends and colleagues! In addition to two days of dragon boat races, the Regatta features pan-Asian cultural performances, arts & crafts, and cuisine. Mid-day Sunday is the Carnation Ceremony to honor the brave people who have lost their fight to breast cancer.
